Practice

1Wash the beef and cut it into pieces. Cut the carrots into a rolling knife shape. Soak the cauliflower in salt water and cut into small pieces.

2First, press the beef in a pressure cooker until it is 70% cooked, then pour the broth into the wok. Then, add carrots and cauliflower and simmer for five minutes.

3Add Anji curry chunks, stir until melted, and cook until the sauce thickens before serving.
